Mums’ the word!

We will have thousands of mums arriving all season long in any size you need & in a variety colors as beautiful as fall leaves!  We’ve been growing them since April, and know you’re going to love what you see.

Attention Group leaders:

It’s time to sign-up for our October Program

October is the month devoted to our youngest visitors, and we really do it up right!  Not only is the pumpkin patch open, but we also offer a 1 hour program that kids of all ages enjoy.    We’re still working on this year’s program and guarantee it will educational and fun.  The program cost is $5 per child and includes a snack and a pumpkin to paint and take home.  It’s perfect for scouts, church groups and school field trips.  (Over 800 attended in 2007).  This is activity is for children ages 3-12.  We will make each group’s presentation age-appropriate.

It’s not too early to reserve your space.  Call 314 846-0078 for information and reservations.

 

Pumpkin Patch OPEN

During the entire month of October stop by and visit our spooktacular pumpkin patch!  We’ll have thousands of pumpkins as well as corn stalks, straw, gourds - everything needed for fall decorating.

 

St. Louis County Kids Garden Club Meeting

9:00 a.m. Saturday, October 4th

FTG is the host for the October meeting, and kids of all ages are invited to this FREE event!  We will partner with a representative from the Missouri Department of Conservation’s ‘Grow Native’ organization to present information on native plants that can grow in our own back yards!  Each child will participate in planting a native perennial to take home!  This Kids Club is a wonderful organization that teaches children the love of gardening.  Reservations not required.

 

FTG Annual Pumpkin Festival

11:a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 26

We celebrate Halloween with a party for the whole family!  Stop by anytime during the party to enjoy refreshments, spooktacular crafts and to pick up the perfect pumpkin for the big night. It’s a fun day for everyone – bring your camera for some great shots of your little ones!
